IMPORTANT MESSAGE: I only breed pure bred golden retrievers! If you are visiting this page in search of your mini golden doodle or mixed breed. This is not the site for your breeder.
I purchased my first show dog in 1987 and I was bitten by the dog show bug. I have been fortunate to experience great wins and develop long lasting friendships over the years for which I am humbled and grateful.
After years of showing and breeding dogs with Nancy Dallaire of Twin-Beau-D I started my own breeding program under the kennel name Friday in 2005. Friday is the call name of CH. Desperados Girl's Night Out who is sired by our Bond, CH. Twin-Beau-D's Flirt with Danger. Our Friday lived to 15 years of age. We sadly had to say goodbye to Friday in October, 2016.
My goal as a breeder is to produce a wonderful family member, temperament is a priority along with adhering to the breed standard. I am a member of Yankee Golden Retriever Club, Hockamock Kennel Club, Providence County Kennel Club and the Golden Retriever Club of America. I am also a committee member for the Golden Retriever Club of America - Top 20 Invitational committee. The Top Twenty Gala is held annually in conjunction with our national show. When not at a dog show I am working at Bank of America in our Cloud and Architecture Technology Division.
I've recently obtained my AKC judges license for Golden Retrievers and limited juniors.
This updated version of my web site captures photos over the years of the dogs I have been fortunate to own and the families I have met along the way. I hope you enjoy the collection. I can reached at (401) 398-8147 or via email deb@fridaygoldens.com
With gratitude,
Deb
